MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972

SEC. 73-39-35. Unlawful to practice veterinary medicine without license; penalty.

Any person who practices, or attempts to practice, veterinary medicine in this state in violation of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
