SEC. 73-39-41. Property of School of Veterinary Medicine not to be used for private treatment or consultation.
No employee of the School of Veterinary Science shall use any instrument, medication or transportation which is the property of the School of Veterinary Medicine for any treatment or consultation provided for in Sec. 73-39-32 to and/or in cooperation with private veterinarians.
