SEC. 73-53-1. Purpose of chapter.
The purpose of this chapter is to set minimum qualifications for those who wish to practice social work, by creating exclusive titles corresponding to the level of qualifications, and by providing for disciplinary sanctions to be imposed against persons who do not meet or adhere to the qualifications and standards set out in this chapter.
