SEC. 73-63-11. [Compensation of board.]

Each member of the board, except a state employee, shall receive per diem in accordance with Section 25-3-69 when actually attending meetings of the board or its committees. Board members shall be reimbursed for traveling expenses in accordance with Section 25-3-41. If the president of the board assumes the powers and duties under Section 10 of this act, the president shall receive per diem for each day spent executing those powers and duties.
