SEC. 75-31-149. Suspension or revocation of license.

The commissioner may, for good cause, after notice and opportunity for hearing, suspend or revoke licenses issued pursuant to sections 75-31-125 through 75-31-151. Nothing in this section shall be construed as preventing the suspension of the operation of any frozen desserts plant or frozen dessert retail establishment prior to a hearing when such action is authorized by any applicable and valid law or regulation.

1997 Amendment

Sections 75-31-125 through 75-31-151, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provide for the Mississippi Frozen Desserts Act of 1982, are repealed.
