SEC. 75-33-105. Origin of meat to be included in bids to tax-supported institutions; rejection of foreign meats authorized.
All bids submitted on meat and meat products to any tax-supported institution within this state shall contain the following language: "This meat is of foreign origin," or "This is domestic meat," or "This is a combination of foreign and domestic meats." And said institution is hereby authorized to reject bids on meats of foreign origin.
