SEC. 75-33-111. Penalties.

(1) Any person, firm or corporation who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this article and any portion thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(2) for each second or successive conviction of such offense against the provisions of this article, the fine shall be not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
