SEC. 75-56-5. Administration of chapter.
This chapter shall be administered by the State Chemist and the Commissioner of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce (the "commissioner"). All personnel, records, and equipment authorized under this chapter are hereby transferred to the State Chemist and the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.
