SEC. 75-57-7. Containers.
After the effective date of this chapter, all containers and pertinent equipment used, sold, and installed in this state for the storage, dispensing and transportation of liquefied compressed gases for the purposes of providing gas for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and domestic uses shall be designed, constructed, equipped, manufactured, and installed as specified in this chapter.
