SEC. 75-63-23. Penalties.
Any person, partnership, corporation or organization violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or confined in the county jail for a period not exceeding one (1) year, or both. If the person violating the provisions of this chapter is a corporation or association, any prison term imposed shall be upon the officer responsible for the violation.
