SEC. 75-67-439. Complying or conflicting municipal ordinance.
Municipalities in this state may enact ordinances which are in compliance with, but not more restrictive than, the provisions of Sections 2 through 22 of this act. Any existing or future order, ordinance or regulation which conflicts with this provision shall be null and void.
