SEC. 75-71-113. Filing of sales and advertising literature.

The Secretary of State, by rule or order, may require the filing of any prospectus, pamphlet, circular, form letter, advertisement, or other sales literature or advertising communication addressed or intended for distribution to prospective investors, including clients or prospective clients of an investment adviser, unless the security or transaction is exempted under Article 3 of this chapter or Section 8 of Senate Bill No. 2298, 2000 Regular Session, or is a federal covered security.
