SEC. 75-74-11. Restrictions on operation or sponsorship of youth camps; license requirement; renewal of license.
No person or organization may operate or sponsor a youth camp in Mississippi without first holding a valid license under this chapter and without complying with the provisions of this chapter and with any rule, regulation or order of the State Board of Health.
Each application for a license to operate or sponsor a youth camp shall be accompanied by a license fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), which shall be paid to the board. A license issued under this chapter may be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), which shall be paid to the board.
No governmental entity or agency shall be required to pay the fee or fees set forth in this section.
