SEC. 77-9-19. Certain information to be furnished to commission.
The public service commission shall demand and require all proper information from railroads, express, telegraph, telephone, and sleeping-car companies to enable its members to intelligently discharge their duties; the commission shall demand and require the same of all steamboats and other carriers, for statistical purposes. Such companies shall furnish the commission with all information required relating to the business of each, and the management, income, receipts, expenses, and expenditures thereof, and with copies of all leases, contracts, and agreements for transportation with each other.
