SEC. 77-9-21. Service of commission orders and decisions.

All orders and decisions of the public service commission affecting any railroad or other common carrier, shall be certified to the railroad or other carrier, or to some officer, agent or employee, and served or executed in the same manner as notices to them are required to be served or executed.
