SEC. 77-9-141. Powers, rights and privileges of railroad corporations.

Except as limited, or otherwise prescribed, by valid federal statutes or lawful regulations made thereunder, every railroad corporation, organized under the provisions of this article, shall have and exercise the powers, rights and privileges set forth in sections 77-9-143 to 77-9-183.
