SEC. 77-9-433. Commissioners shall visit scene of accident.

One or more of the members of the public service commission shall visit promptly the scene of every accident to a railroad train accompanied by death or serious bodily injury to a human being, and inquire into the facts and circumstances, and make a proper report thereof, to be recorded in the minutes and embraced in the annual report, with proper reference to the report of the superintendent.
