SEC. 77-9-515. Termination of powers and authority of officers.
The powers and authority of any railroad police officer, whether appointed or commissioned pursuant to the provisions of sections 77-9-501 to 77-9-517 or any former law of this state may be terminated at any time by the commissioner of public safety.
