SEC. 79-4-1.27. Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document.

A certificate attached to a copy of the document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing his signature (which may be in facsimile) and the seal of this state, is conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the Secretary of State.

 SECTION 5. Section 79-4-1.27, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

 79-4-1.27. A certificate from the Secretary of State delivered with a copy of the document filed by the Secretary of State, * * * is conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the Secretary of State.
