SEC. 79-11-119. Certified copy of document as conclusive evidence of filing.

A certificate attached to a copy of a document bearing the Secretary of State's signature (which may be in facsimile) and the seal of this state is conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the Secretary of State.

SECTION 46. Section 79-11-119, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

 79-11-119. A certificate from the Secretary of State delivered with a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State * * * is conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the Secretary of State.
