SEC. 79-12-109. Penalty for signing false document.
A person commits an offense if he signs a document he knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing under this chapter. An offense under this provision is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

SECTION 11. Section 79-12-109, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:
79-12-109.
