SEC. 81-11-95. Definitions for sections 81-11-91, 81-11-93.

Except where the context clearly requires otherwise, the terms utilized in sections 81-11-91 and 81-11-93 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Title 81, Chapter 11, Mississippi Code of 1972.

1997 Amendment:

 SECTION 14. Section 81-11-95, Mississippi Code of 1972, which defines terms utilized in the provisions of law governing the appointment of a conservator for savings associations not having deposits insured by a federal or state agency, is hereby repealed.
