SEC. 81-22-29. Application deadline for existing businesses [Repealed effective July 1, 2006].
Nonprofit corporations engaged in the business of debt adjusting that have filed a registration statement and surety bond with the Secretary of State's office as of July 1, 2003, shall have until September 30, 2003, to apply for a license under this act, and upon the approval of the application, the commissioner shall grant a license under this act.
