SEC. 83-1-13. Monthly report; payment of taxes to state treasurer.
[This section was reenacted without change by Laws, 1996, ch. 313, Sec. 7, effective from and after June 30, 1996. Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by the State Attorney General.] The commissioner shall furnish to the Auditor on or before the tenth day of each month a statement, in detail, of the taxes and licenses received by him under this title during the previous month, and shall pay to the Treasurer the amount in full of such taxes and licenses. The State Tax Commission shall make payment to the State Treasurer of taxes collected by it under this title in the manner provided by Section 7-9-21.
