SEC. 83-1-15. Annual report to governor.

Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by the State Attorney General.] The commissioner shall, on or before the first day of May, annually, make a report to the governor, which shall show all of his official acts; the condition of all insurance companies within the meaning of this title, doing business in this state, accompanied by a condensation of their reports to him arranged in proper form for printing; the licenses issued by him, and the taxes received from all sources and paid by him to the treasurer; and such changes in the laws affecting his department, as in his judgment should be made. The governor shall transmit this report to the legislature. The commissioner shall see that all laws relating to matters under his supervision are faithfully executed. He shall supply each insurance company doing business in this state with all necessary printed forms.
