SEC. 83-1-19. Group insurance for state employees.
[This section was reenacted without change by Laws, 1996, ch. 313, Sec. 10, effective from and after June 30, 1996. Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by the State Attorney General.] The state insurance commissioner is hereby authorized, empowered and directed, in his discretion, to promulgate such regulations as may properly apply to the writing of group insurance on state officials and employees. Such insurance shall be optional with any one or all of said state officials or employees.
