SEC. 83-3-301. Repeal of Secs. 83-3-2 through 83-3-24 and 83-3-201.
Sections 83-3-2 through 83-3-24 and Section 83-3-121, Mississippi Code of 1972, which create the Mississippi Insurance Commission and Rating Bureau and prescribe their duties and powers, shall stand repealed as of December 31, 1999.
