SEC. 83-5-53. Blank forms furnished.
It shall be the duty of the commissioner to furnish blank forms for statements, which forms may be by him from time to time changed, as may be requisite to secure full information as to the standing, condition, and such other information desired of companies in his department.
The commissioner of insurance shall, in December of each year, furnish to each of the insurance companies authorized to do business in the state two or more blanks adapted for their annual statements.
