SEC. 83-9-115. Effect of partial invalidity of provisions.
If any provision of Secs. 83-9-101 through 83-9-115 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of Secs. 83-9-101 through 83-9-115 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
