SEC. 83-9-222. Actions against association or members based upon joint or collective actions.

Neither the participation in the association as member insurers, the establishment of rates, forms or procedures nor any other joint or collective action required by Sections 83-9-210 through 83-9-223 shall be the basis of any legal action, criminal or civil liability or penalty against the association or any member insurer.

1997 Amendment

Section 83-9-222, Mississippi Code of 1972, is reenacted and amended as follows:

83-9-222. Neither the participation in the association as member insurers, the establishment of rates, forms or procedures nor any other joint or collective action required by Sections 83-9-210 through 83-9-222 shall be the basis of any legal action, criminal or civil liability or penalty against the association or any member insurer.
