SEC. 83-9-223. Repeal of Secs. 83-9-201 through 83-9-223.

Sections 83-9-201 through 83-9-223 entitled "Comprehensive Health Insurance Risk Pool Association Act," shall stand repealed as of December 31, 1997.

1997 Amendment

SECTION 14. Section 83-9-223, Mississippi Code of 1972, which repeals the Comprehensive Health Insurance Risk Pool Association Act, is repealed.
