SEC. 83-19-67. Payment of fees to foreign holding companies prohibited.

SECTION 1. Section 83-19-67, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

83-19-67.  * * * Any management contract between a domestic insurer and another person, as defined in Section 83-6-1(f), shall be filed and subject to review and final approval of the State Insurance Department.
