SEC. 83-19-121. Rights of dissenters.
Any shareholder of any domestic stock insurance company which is a party to a merger, consolidation or exchange of securities as described in sections 83-19-99 to 83-19-123 shall have the right to dissent and receive fair value for his shares by complying with the procedure set forth in section 79-3-161, Mississippi Code of 1972.
