SEC. 83-21-43. Time allowed before judgment.
No plaintiff or complainant shall be entitled to a judgment by default, or a judgment with leave to prove damages, or a judgment pro confesso under sections 83-21-33 to 83-21-51, until the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of the affidavit of compliance.
