SEC. 83-36-23. Annual examination of association affairs.

Since the text of this section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this section as directed by the State Attorney General's Office.] The commissioner shall make an examination into the affairs of the association at least annually. The expense of such examination shall be paid by the association.
