SEC. 83-36-25. Immunity.

Since the text of this section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this section as directed by the State Attorney General's Office.] There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, the association, the commissioner or his authorized representatives or any other person or organization for any statements made in good faith by them during any proceedings or concerning any matters within the scope of this chapter.
