SEC. 83-49-29. Hearings and proceedings to be in conformity with Secs. 83-17-123 et seq.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all hearings and proceedings held under this act shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of section 83-17-123 et seq. and the commissioner shall have all the powers granted to him therein.
