SEC. 89-11-15. Reports by escheator.
On the establishment of any escheat of land, the escheator shall, within thirty days, report the fact to the land commissioner, giving a description of the land and its value, under the direction of the court. The land commissioner shall at once register the land in the register of escheated lands.
