SEC. 93-11-15. What duties are enforceable; custody and visitation not contestable.
Duties of support enforceable under this law are those imposed or imposable under the laws of any state or jurisdiction where the alleged obligor was present during the period for which support is sought or where the obligee was present when the failure to support commenced, at the election of the obligee. Awards of custody and orders regarding visitation rights are not contestable under the provisions of this law.
