SEC. 93-11-23. Officials to represent petitioner.
The State Department of Public Welfare shall represent the petitioner in any proceeding under Sections 93-11-1 through 93-11-63 only when the State Department of Public Welfare is initiating the action or responding to a Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Action received from another jurisdiction.
