SEC. 93-11-63. Form of general testimony.

The form of the general testimony in URESA shall be in accordance with the standardized URESA forms or replicas thereof as required by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Family Support Administration, Office of Child Support Enforcement or its successor. Upon request, the State Department of Public Welfare shall make these forms available at a minimal cost.
