SEC. 93-12-15. Amendments or modifications to support order; notification of new or additional sources of income.

(1) The department upon receiving a certified copy of any amendment or modification to a support order entered pursuant to Sections 93-12-1 et seq., shall initiate necessary procedures to amend or modify the order for withholding of this state based on the entered support order. The court shall amend or modify the order for withholding to conform to the modified support order.

(2) If the department determines that the obligor has obtained employment in another state or has a new or additional source of income in another state, they shall notify the agency which requested the order for withholding.
