SEC. 93-17-213. Promulgation of rules and regulations; fees.
The bureau shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of Secs. 93-17-201 through 93-17-223 and the bureau may charge reasonable fees to implement Secs. 93-17-201 through 93-17-223.
