SEC. 93-17-221. Petition in chancery court for disclosure of identifying information.
The adoptee may petition the chancery court to order the agency to disclose any identifying information that may not be disclosed under Secs. 93-17-201 through 93-17-223. The court shall grant the petition for good cause shown.
