SEC. 97-5-25. Tobacco; sale or gift to child prohibited.

If any person sells, barters, delivers or givesany cigar or cigars, cigarette or cigarettes, smoking tobacco, or snuff to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, shall be fined not less than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
