SEC. 97-5-35. Exploitation of children; penalties.
Any person who violates any provision of subsections (1) through (6) of Section 97-5-33 shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall pay a fine of not * * * more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) and shall be imprisoned for not less than two (2) years nor more than twenty (20) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted of a second or subsequent violation of subsections (1) through (6) of Section 97-5-33 shall pay a fine of not more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) and shall be imprisoned not less than ten (10) years nor more than thirty (30) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
