SEC. 97-19-15. Credit cards; controlling card as security for debt.

Any person, who, with intent to defraud the issuer, a person or organization providing money, goods, property, services or anything else of value, or any other person, obtains control of a credit card as security for a debt is guilty of misdemeanor.
