MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972

SEC. 97-23-7. Cotton; fraudulent packing.

If any person shall fraudulently pack or bale any cotton, he shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned in the county jail not more than six months, or both.
